❌ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of unstitched clothing and fabrics, we have a limited return policy.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused and in original condition with packaging

💰 Refund Process

• Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent back to us.
• After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are used, washed, or altered
• Items without original packaging
• Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
• Slight color variations due to screen differences (not considered a defect)

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
