β Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
π Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of unstitched clothing and fabrics, we have a limited return policy.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 24β48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused and in original condition with packaging
π° Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent back to us.
- After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Products that are used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging
- Orders reported after 48 hours of delivery
- Slight color variations due to screen differences (not considered a defect)
